Vantage Mobility International

(“VMI”) is a leading designer, manufacturer, distributor and marketer of vehicle accessibility products, including van conversions, stowage lifts and accessories for wheelchair and scooter users. VMI produces products for distribution though a network of over 600 retailer-dealers, and today controls the #2 market share in the Personal Vehicle Accessibility Market, a substantial growth market due to the U.S. population “Gray Wave”.

In 1999, TGV organized a growth capital investment in VMI, which included a mezzanine investment by Pinecreek Capital. TGV principal Mitch Vance served as CEO from 1999 to 2003 and TGV principals also served as Board directors and strategic advisors. In January 2004, TGV organized VMI's acquisition of the Ricon Corporation's Personal Products Division and a concurrent leveraged recapitalization transaction. Vance continues to serve as Chairman of the Board and as a member of VMI’s executive committee.
